Dwelling coverage pays for damage to your home and anything permanently attached to it. This includes your garage, roof, chimneys, attached decks or porches, countertops, cabinets, flooring, vanities, and heating and air units .

Other structures coverage includes unattached garages, gazebos, decks, patios, sheds, pergolas, fences, and barns.
Personal Property
Personal property covers just about all of your stuff if it's damaged or stolen. This can include electronics, furniture, clothes, tools/power equipment, and more. Your personal property is even covered if they're not stored in your home (sheds, garages, your car, storage facilities (up to a limit), etc.).
Loss of Use
If a covered loss such as a fire or tornado (for example) were to damage or destroy your home beyond the point of you being able to safely reside in your home, you can take comfort in knowing your policy would pay for you to relocate until your home is once again in livable condition.
Personal Liability
If someone sues you for injuries sustained on your property, personal liability will pay for your lawyer, court fees, and certain damages you have to pay, subject to your policy limits.

Medical payments coverage pays for medical bills if someone else is hurt at your home or on your property.
